We took careful consideration and time into designing and executing the technologies and trainings at Medicine-Less Clinics because We Care For Your Life!

 

Individual Trainings

 

Our trainings vary according to your needs. If you take our trainings as an individual each session (total of 7 sessions) will persist of 1 hour 15 minutes and will be covered over the course of 15 weeks. That means we only take a total of 9 hours from your life to give you a lifetime of stress-relief. Not only that, but we also help you live a medicine-less life, radically cutting down your medical expenses. Plus you never have to feel the agony of illnesses and disease ever again.

 

In-Group Trainings

 

If you decide to take our trainings as collective professionals or students then we rearrange our trainings a little to make it time-effective for your group. For in-group trainings each level (total of 2 Levels) consists of many combined sessions. Level 1 takes only one-sitting of 4 hours while Level 2 takes one-sitting of 8 hours. Our Phenomenal Stress and Self-Management System course is so comprehensive and effective that each training session and level is complete and whole on its own. Leaving you with an open decision to register for just one Session/Level or all them. But of course, if you want to get rid of your stress once and for all we suggest you register for the entire course.

 

 

Session 1 (1 Hour 15 minutes)

 

  • Introduction to the Technology of Self-Management – Learn the powerful formula to freedom that will allow you to manage yourself so you can better manage your environment. A ground-breaking technology that will dramatically shift your perspective on life and how to manage it starting with your very OWN SELF.

  • Heart-Coherence – Stress-management system that empowers you to shift your emotional state.

  • Brain-Coherence – High-tech left-right brain synchronization.

 

 

Medicines vs. Coherence

 

If you have felt what little relief medicines provide you then you must experience what the power of coherence can do to you and your overall health. Session 2 (1 Hour 15 minutes)

Session 3 (1 Hour 15 minutes)

 

  • In-Depth Training – Alignment of Words and Thoughts – The science of vibration and energy.

  • Introduction to Technology of LIGMO (AGFLAP/CAP) – The technology of peace and harmony, the true art of living. Pain, stress, depression and sadness gone – once and for all. The powerful system that allows you to simply “Let Go” of any negative thoughts and emotions in seconds.

 

 

Four ways of handling feelings

 

There are four ways that you as a person handle your feelings. You either habitually suppress your feelings, express them, escape them or LIGMO them. Now, if you are on this website searching for ways to reduce your stress that certainly means one of the ways you DO NOT use to handle your feelings is LIGMO.

 

Suppression - When you suppress your feelings you push your feelings down and swallow them as hard facts of life. This causes buildup of repressed energy which is a fancy expression of Stress.

 

Express – You are the kind of person who wouldn’t suppress the feelings and instead express them. In this case you probably find a shoulder of a close friend to cry your feelings out. If not that, then you lash out at everyone expressing not always your feelings but the stress and anger those certain feelings have caused you.

 

Escape –You are the type to ignore and escape your feelings. Engaging yourself into activities such as watching TV. You find yourself avoiding the thought of feeling the feeling of those feelings. This style of handling your feelings not only takes its toll on you in the background but also isolates you from yourself and the possibility of you ever resolving those feelings.

 

No matter what way you use from the above three ways to handle your feelings you will always remain intact with them. These ways will only give you a brief relief for a very limited and short period of time but never leave you alone permanently. Always remaining attached to you to cause stress, illnesses and diseases to build up.

 

LIGMO (Let It Go and Move On) – This way of handling feelings is the perfect way. You don’t hold on to any of the feelings. You let them go as they come in. Never letting them get the better of you. You learn to accept them, let them go and move on.

AGFLAP (Apathy, Greif, Fear, Lust, Anger, Pride)

 

AGFLAP are the accumulated feelings and emotions that halt you from achieving all you desire from life. Once you LIGMO AGFLAP from your life you can move onto CAP (Courage, Acceptance, Peace).

 

Apathy – When you are in Apathy state you are the laziest, most lifeless person on earth. You drawback from everything in life simply because you are too tired and are desire-less to participate in the activities of life.

 

Grief – The state of grief is when you always grieve over all that has happened that you wished happened another way. You are always complaining. In this state you blame others for what happened in your life and wait around for someone to come and help you as you do not think of yourself capable enough to pull yourself out of this state.

 

Fear – Fear is an insect that eats you alive. It’s a feeling that’s not realistic on its own but you give such power to it that it takes control of you. Fear of what happened in the past to repeat itself and happen in the future. Fear of what might and might not happen in the future. It is a useless feeling that gets you nowhere and helps you achieve nothing regardless of you fearing it.

 

Lust – Is the greed for possession, the undying desire to have more and more in life or at hand. Nothing is ever too good or ever too enough.

 

Anger – The full fledge rage over someone, some event or some situation that has not gone according to your bylaws. Anger is the emotion that is strong enough to handicap your decision making power.

 

Pride – You are too cool to hang around with others. You are in trap of false-vanity and think of yourself too good to be true.

 

Session 4 (1 Hour 15 minutes)

 

  • Review – Alignment of Words and Thoughts.

  • Review – Technology of LIGMO (AGFLAP/CAP)

  • In-Depth Training – Technology of LIGMO (AGFLAP/CAP) –  Training of eliminating Apathy, Grief and Fear.

 

Session 5 (1 Hour 15 minutes)

 

  • In-Depth Training – Technology of LIGMO (AGFLAP/CAP) –  Training of eliminating Lust, Anger and Pride.

  • In-Depth Training – Technology of LIGMO (CAP) – Completion of AGFLAP training and introduction to CAP, transforming AGFLAP into Courage, Acceptance and Peace.

 

Session 6 (1 Hour 15 minutes)

 

  • Technology of Flow and Five Wealth – The empowering system to achieve true synchronized wealth, the real key to create the life of your dreams.

  • Introduction to Triangle of Gratitude – Learn the power of gratitude, a system that will unleash infinite abundance, love and joy in your life.

  • Financial Freedom – The world’s easiest and most effective system to attract wealth and prosperity. (For Professionals)

 

 

 

Session 7 (1 Hour 15 minutes)

 

  • In-Depth Comprehensive Training – Triangle of Gratitude

  • Harmful Energy of Complain vs. Beneficial Energy of Gratitude – The ultimate secret to achieve the sense of satisfaction and contentment in life.

  • Review – Technology of Self-Management.
